In Arc Raiders, the “A Rising Tide” quest – a multi – stage journey – spans several hostile sectors. While the path is clear, knowing the specific routes is vital for a clean run. Here are the essential steps for completion.

Apartment location south of Roma Plaza
Your first objective is the foreman’s apartment in the Buried City. This site is located within two buildings south of Roma Plaza on the western edge of the map.
Accessing this room is best achieved by climbing the roof of the opposite building. A zipline installed there provides the necessary momentum to reach the target structure safely.
Ride the cable and time your jump perfectly as you pass the building on your right side. This mid – air maneuver is the only way to bypass the ground barricades.
If your timing is accurate, you will land directly inside the foreman’s barricaded living quarters. Once inside, you are safe from immediate street – level threats.
Procedure for accessing the digital work log
Once you have breached the interior, head to the back of the room to find the digital log. Interface with the device to secure the required data for your contact.
After the log is accessed, your objectives will update. You must now evacuate the Buried City and redeploy to the Dam Battlefields map for the next phase of the hunt.
Arrival at the Dam Battlefields power generation complex
The Power Generation Complex is a massive industrial landmark in the north. Simply entering the vicinity of this facility triggers the next stage of your mission.
At this point, you will be tasked with finding a viable way into the Controlled Access Zone located within the complex.
Primary entry methods for the Controlled Access Zone
Use the external stairwell for the fastest entry into the zone. Descending here places you in the best position to reach the final objective without unnecessary detours.
At the bottom of the stairs, look for a massive, destroyed ARC unit hanging from the ceiling. This landmark confirms you have reached the correct sector.
Evidence search for the reconstruction project
The final stage requires searching for clues regarding the foreman’s reconstruction project. If you used the stairwell entry, the goal is conveniently located nearby.
Enter the room accessible via the bridge. If the doors are locked, you must fetch a fuel cell from the floor below to restore power to the entrance.
Inside the office, interact with the wall board to finalize the investigation. This action marks the mission objectives as officially fulfilled.
Finally, exit via any extraction point and return to Speranza. Ensure you hand in the quest to the appropriate NPC to receive your rewards.
