The Starfield Terran Armada expansion introduces more than just a fresh narrative and new enemies – players can now bolster their ranks with three unique crew members. These individuals arrive with specialized skills and deep backstories that enrich the exploration experience. Once recruited, you can assign these participants to various locations:
- Your primary starship
- Any established outpost
- Your active combat group
However, securing these additions is not a passive process, as the Settled Systems require manual recruitment efforts to find the new DLC specialists.

Methods for recruiting the new Terran Armada crew members
In total, the expansion offers three distinct characters to integrate into your team. While veteran Starfield players may recognize one particular individual, the remaining two are entirely fresh additions to the game universe.
The following guide outlines the specific steps required to locate and hire all three specialists for your journey – ensuring you never travel alone.
Delta

First is Delta, a robotic unit designed to fight the Armada rather than serve it. This robot plays a critical role in the expansion’s main plot and serves as a powerful ally in combat.
To begin the recruitment, start the DLC content early in your playthrough, though reaching level 35 – 40 is highly recommended for survival. You must specifically complete “Lost Luxury” – the second major quest in the story.
During the events of the “Lost Luxury” mission, you will find and reboot Delta, which allows the machine to join your team and fight the Armada side – by – side.
Roxanne Burreau
Roxanne Burreau, Delta’s creator, is the next potential recruit encountered after completing the mission “Into the Void”. This quest leads players to a mining facility controlled by the Armada, where Roxanne is being held captive.

Once you prove you are not an ally of the Terran faction, Roxanne assists in the destruction of the mining base. While she initially moves to Anchor Point with the VOID team and remains briefly unavailable, she eventually becomes a permanent member of your roster.
Muria Siarkiewicz
Finally, players can now officially recruit Muria Siarkiewicz, a character who has gained a significant following among fans for her cynical wit. While players previously speculated about her status, the Terran Armada DLC finally makes her a recruitable companion.
To find her, travel to the Galbank lobby located in the Commercial District of New Atlantis on the planet Jemison.

You will find Muria waiting on a bench inside the bank as she undergoes a job interview. To move forward, the player must sit down and wait for approximately five to six hours of in – game time before she is available to speak.
After the interview ends, you can invite her to your team, though freeing her from her current life requires a payment of 15,000 credits. Once the transaction is complete, Muria can be assigned to your ship or any outpost through the standard crew management menu.
