The Roadmap for Year 1 in Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2
Warhammer 40,000: Space Marine 2 is finally out! To celebrate its HUGE success, Saber Interactive dropped the Year 1 roadmap for Space Marine 2. Once again we will immerse into the brutal, action-packed world of Warhammer 40K. Prepare to hack and slash through hordes of enemies as a large and dangerous space marine.
The roadmap reveals all the cool things coming our way – from free content to content with the Season Pass up to the first half of 2025. Here’s what we should expect.
Free Updates
Starting in September, a set of free updates will drop with some really cool new updates:
- Ultrawide monitor support;
- Private PvE lobbies;
- Sparring arena called the Battle Barge;
But that’s not all! Later this year, Season 2 of Space Marine 2 will bring new PvE missions, an all-new “Lethal” difficulty mode for the truly fearless, a new pistol called Neo Volkite, and a mysterious enemy to take down.
Just like with the recent Starfield’s new update, players will get a lot of content completely free!
Seasons 3 and 4 Will Arrive in 2025
In 2025 Saber Interactive will launch Seasons 3 and 4 with new PvE missions, PvP modes, and maps, new waves of enemies to beat down, and Prestige Ranks for gamers who love a good grind. They will also add the Horde mode to test your mettle against waves of endless foes.
And there’s so much more for Season Pass owners. Since September the Ultramarines Cosmetic Pack kicks off. Dark Angels Champion will begin Season 2 – Cosmetic and Weapon Skin packs, as well as so much more planned for Seasons 3 and 4.
