Dead Cells best weapons: fight with dignity, die with honor

If you want to become a fast, agile assassin who releases daggers around himself and teleports behind the backs of enemies, meanly inflicting critical damage on them – choose brutality (we will talk about the best weapons for brutality in Dead Cells a little later). Do you want to not get too close to enemies, but keep them at a distance, shooting at them with a bow from afar? Your choice is tactics. You don’t like all this? Do you want to put on armor like an invincible tank and bravely meet the enemy face to face, bringing down crushing blows on them? In this case, choose survivability.

As you can see, you have the opportunity to choose any strategy to defeat mobs and bosses.  But how do you choose the best weapon? So that the damage is strong, the critical hit is powerful, and you can pass through the armor of enemies. It all depends on your chosen play style. Advice: focus more on critical damage and how to do it. Sometimes it is better to take a weapon that has less damage, but because it is easy to do critical damage – such a weapon will be better.

Weapons are one of the most important things that make the game so much fun, and there are plenty of them in the game. From guns and swords to saws and spears, you can find everything you want. Some of these weapons are just filler to complement your arsenal and look good, but many others are really good.

They give each play through a unique feel and dramatically change the way the player perceives the game. Let’s take a look at the top 5 most powerful weapons in Dead Cells and why they are so.

Are you afraid of snakes? Well, your enemies in Dead Cells are more afraid of them than you are, especially when it’s a powerful fantasy two-handed weapon. Whenever you attack with a Snake Fang, you will teleport to the nearest enemy, dealing critical damage (provided that the enemy has six or more copies of poison).  These Fangs deal damage with poison, of course.

So they will come in very handy against enemies with a lot of HP because the poison does not disappear. It is noteworthy that the poison effect does not necessarily have to be caused by the Snake Fangs, which means that they interact well with any weapon or utility item that accumulates poison.

This is a classic ranged game. Frost Blast freezes the enemy, not giving him a chance to move in your direction. Although the damage from this weapon is not that impressive, the effect is worth it! Keep in mind that if the enemy is already frozen, you will not be able to damage him. Using Frost Blast, you can delay the enemy indefinitely.

Another bonus, in addition to turning the enemy into a piece of ice, is ignoring shields and obstacles. The perfect ranged weapon. Show your enemies the icy power and let them feel defenseless, like chicks in a nest.

Another option for a top weapon. Meat Skewer is great for dealing with enemies that are too close to each other (naive, they are finished), and also works great against enemies with a lot of HP (thought that a lot of health would save them? No way!). After the first hit with the weapon, the player breaks through them, appearing from behind. The next two hits deal critical damage.

Such unique mechanics of Meat Skewer make it especially effective against classic mobs, but what’s more, this weapon works great against bosses due to the critical ability. Make shish kebab out of your enemies – take Meat Skewer!

A Symmetrical Lance is a weapon that you get for the first victory over the Hand of the King. The horizontal range of this weapon is simply excellent. The vertical is a bit limited and deals damage only in a thin straight line. Another plus of the Symmetrical Lance is that it deals damage behind you.  This way you can control the enemies sneaking behind you. You can make a cool build by combining Symmetrical Lance with an ability that increases damage, provided that 2 enemies were killed quickly. This is a very powerful weapon against mobs.

Symmetrical Lance has another cool ability. Not only does it break enemy shields, but it also deals 300% more damage to all enemies (including bosses). The combination of very powerful damage and the ability to attack behind your back makes Symmetrical Lance a truly unique and powerful weapon in Dead Cells.

Throw is the most commonly used technique in Dead Cells. If you know how to use a throw well, then you are not afraid of ordinary mobs, nor of formidable bosses and elites. To skillfully use such a technique and not get hit is a real skill. And how great it is when there is a weapon that combines perfectly with a throw.

Meet Her Majesty the Rapier. This unique weapon is cool and here’s why.
