ToggleTarisland classes: how many are there?
When you have many characters at your disposal (like in Dota 2, for example), it is difficult to choose between them. They are all so different in their abilities and characteristics that you can easily get confused. You want to test each one in battle. Before you make a Tarisland classes tier list, you first need to get to know the heroes and their skills better.
Let’s start with the fact that the game offers 9 character classes to choose from, each of which has 2 specializations that can be chosen after leveling up. The choice of one or another class in Tarisland directly affects the course of the game. If you choose Damager, you will be able to inflict heavy damage on enemies. With the help of Tank, you will cover your allies and take the hit yourself. If you take Support, you will heal your own and debuff enemies. For the game in Tarisland to bring joy and pleasure, you need to familiarize yourself with each character class, as well as learn their strengths and weaknesses.
Here is a full list of all classes in Tarisland (not ranked):
- Bard.
- Mage.
- Priest.
- Shadow Swordsman.
- Warrior.
- Paladin.
- Barbarian Fighter.
- Phantom Necro.
All classes are executed according to the same template: two abilities for accumulating a class resource, two abilities that spend this resource, one “button” with mass damage, one buff, and an ult with a long cooldown.
Classes in Tarisland differ from each other by the role they play in the team, as well as by the range of damage (melee and long-range). Having studied one class, you get to know each one. Within each specialization, there are two dedicated development paths, but the gameplay practically does not change from this. The template and lack of depth contribute to the fact that it makes sense to choose a character only by appearance, but even with this, not everything is smooth.
The fact is that almost all classes in Tarisland have a clear link to gender (exceptions are magicians and paladins). In addition, the character editor here is extremely simplified – several sliders with skin colors, hair, eyes, and hairstyles. Everything else has little effect on the appearance of the character.
Tarisland best classes: top 4
Warning: the list is compiled according to my subjective opinion. If you disagree with something, then be so kind – do not throw rotten eggs at me and shout: “Nonsense!”. It is better to write your opinion in the comments: politeness is always welcome.
Tip: when choosing a class, I advise you to narrow the choice to a couple of three options, and then try each one. You can choose by any criteria: ranged or close combat, Damagers, Tanks or Healers, boys or girls.
Ranger
Meet one of the best classes in Tarisland – an unrivaled archer, aka Ranger, aka cutie. Strong, complex, popular, and beautiful class. Ranger is a ranged character, which means it will be easy to dodge boss attacks. Good mobility and fire density, excellent Damager, and work on one target in PvP. You know, there are classes with one big damage number, and there are classes with many small ones.
Here is an archer – this is about many small numbers. In the red branch, you hit with skills + auto attacks + 2 pats gnaw little by little at the opponents. As a result, small numbers, but there are a lot of them, and we get good DPS. In the second branch, the bow turns into a turret. It is popular because it has balance and harmony. The bow may seem boring – you just stand and press buttons, but this is a matter of taste.
Ranger Pros:
- The highest damage per second in Tarisland.
- Unique buff.
- Universal class for playing PvE and PvP.
Ranger Cons:
Since the archer is a very popular class, too many players play it, which creates significant competition. If your skills are not very well developed, then clan leaders will prefer another player.
Mage
Another popular class. Many think that it will be like a bow, only magical, and they are completely mistaken. The fact is that the mage is quite complicated, with situational combinations and relatively complex gameplay. In the ice branch, you need to combos and count, cast water skills, turn water into ice, and increase damage with it. In the fire branch, it will be easier in PvE, but here you also need to stack the fire bomb and understand your rotations, and then there will be excellent damage.
Keep in mind that mages have very low health, so you should play very carefully.
Advantages of the mage:
- Flame deals very powerful critical damage.
- Slowing skills make the character irreplaceable in PvP.
- Frost mage deals the most brutal damage in PvE.
The disadvantage of the mage is the rather long pumping of Flame, as well as the fact that mages who wield Flame are very dependent on good equipment.
Barbarian Warrior
An incredibly powerful class. One of the strongest melee fighters. Since Barbarian has high damage, he shows himself excellently in PvP and PvE, dealing crushing blows to bosses. He can act as a tank (provided that you upgrade him wisely), or use the power of thunder and ice.
Want to make a tank out of Barbarian? Upgrade Freeze, thanks to which you will receive enhanced healing and the ability to take most of the damage on yourself, protecting the team. Keep in mind: to become a powerful tank, you need to upgrade almost all skills to the maximum, otherwise, you will die often and be vulnerable.
Pros of Barbarian:
- With proper upgrade, one of the strongest tanks in the game.
- Powerful damage buff to teammates.
- Strong damage to single targets and in an area.
The only downside I think is the fact that to get a good and competent tank you need to level up your character for a long time.
Paladin
The character is imba because he is one of the most useful tanks in the game: he has one of the highest defense and self-healing rates and combines all this with powerful area damage.
I recommend choosing the Guardian skills, which give the character the ability to instantly heal himself and absorb most of the damage received while attacking with powerful abilities.
Paladin’s advantages:
- The ult knocks off a lot of HP from enemies due to the high chance of critical damage.
- Enormous damage with proper pumping.
- The best characteristics among tanks.
Paladin’s disadvantages:
- He has no buffs for allies.
- It takes a long time to pump up in damage.
Tarisland tier list classes
I analyzed all the classes in Tarisland and realized that it is impossible to create an objective tier list here. But I can give the following advice (subjectively, based on logic):
- If you want to tank, take the Paladin, you can’t go wrong.
- For long-range combat, take the Ranger – she has, as we remember, the highest damage per second (and her pet is cute). And you can take a mage, better than Frost – he is more reliable.
- The best Healer is Phantom Necromancer. But the class is very difficult to master.
